Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Trustiry when you use the service.
Last updated: 17 July 2026
By using Trustiry, you agree to these terms. If you use Trustiry for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept them for that organisation.
1. What Trustiry is
Trustiry is an information service. We check links for observed risk signals, publish reviewed domain-relationship evidence, and aggregate source-linked content such as news, jobs, and videos. We help you make a more informed decision. We do not act on your behalf and we are not a party to anything you do on another website.
2. Our verdicts are guidance, not guarantees
Relationship labels require current reviewed evidence. Risk labels and link checks use automated observations and reviewed reports available at the time. Either can become incomplete or wrong as evidence and websites change. Always use your own judgement. A reviewed relationship is not a promise that every page, product, or future action is safe. A risk flag is not by itself a legal finding of wrongdoing. You can dispute a record under the Acceptable Use & Copyright policy.
3. Using Trustiry responsibly
You agree not to: abuse or overload the service or its APIs; use the checker to scan systems you are not authorised to test; scrape at scale or resell our data without permission; impersonate others; upload unlawful content; or use Trustiry to harass, defame, or harm anyone. See the Acceptable Use Policy for detail. We apply rate limits and may suspend access that breaks these rules.
4. Your account
Accounts are provided through auth.ng. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Content and intellectual property
Trustiry, its software, and its branding belong to us. Third-party content we link to (news, jobs, videos, logos, screenshots) belongs to its owners and is shown to help you reach the source; all rights remain with them. If you submit a report or content, you grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the service.
6. Third-party sites
Links and results point to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, safety, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
Trustiry is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trustiry and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on our information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Paid plans
Paid plans, prices, billing period, currency, and included limits are shown before checkout. Recurring plans renew for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal through the account controls or by contacting help@trustiry.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where the checkout terms, provider rules, or applicable law require otherwise. Taxes may be added where required. A failed or reversed payment can suspend paid features without deleting the underlying account record.
10. Suspension and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and may update these terms. If we make material changes we will note them on the site and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live. Questions: legal@trustiry.com.
