Yes! You can manage your reviews at any time:

To edit a review:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your profile and find "My Reviews"
  3. Click "Edit" on the review you want to update
  4. Make your changes and resubmit

To delete a review:

  1. Navigate to the review from your profile
  2. Click "Delete" and confirm your choice

Note: Edited reviews may go through verification again to ensure compliance with our guidelines.

Business ratings on Trustiry are calculated using a weighted average system:

  • Star ratings: Each review contributes 1-5 stars
  • Recency factor: More recent reviews have slightly higher weight
  • Verified purchases: Reviews from verified customers may carry additional weight
  • Review quality: Detailed reviews with photos may have enhanced visibility

The overall rating is displayed on a 5-star scale and updated in real-time as new reviews are published. Minimum of 3 reviews required before an overall rating is displayed.

We also show the distribution of ratings (how many 5-star, 4-star, etc.) so you can see the full picture.

Our review verification process typically takes 24-48 hours. During this time, our moderation team checks that reviews:

  • Follow our community guidelines
  • Do not contain prohibited content (spam, hate speech, profanity)
  • Represent genuine customer experiences
  • Include constructive feedback

You will receive an email notification once your review is published. If your review requires changes, we will contact you with specific guidance.

We require registration to:

Unverified businesses are user-submitted listings that:

  • May not have claimed their profile yet
  • Cannot officially respond to reviews
  • Business owners can claim and verify their profile at any time

Both types display authentic customer reviews to help you make informed decisions.

If you cannot find a business on Trustiry, you can add it yourself:

  1. Click the "Add Business" button in the navigation menu
  2. Fill out the business information form including:
    • Business name
    • Category and subcategory
    • Location and contact details
    • Website and social media links
    • Description and business hours
  3. Upload the business logo (optional but recommended)
  4. Submit for verification

Once verified, the business will be added to our directory and you can leave the first review!

To maintain a trustworthy platform, all reviews must:

  • Be based on personal experience: Only review businesses you have actually interacted with
  • Be honest and fair: Provide balanced feedback, both positive and constructive
  • Be respectful: No hate speech, profanity, threats, or personal attacks
  • Be relevant: Focus on the products, services, or customer experience
  • Protect privacy: Do not share personal information about yourself or others
  • Be original: No plagiarism or copied content

Reviews that violate these guidelines will be removed, and repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended.

Yes! We encourage adding photos to your reviews as they help other users make informed decisions.
