Business Profile Issues:
- Incorrect business information
 - Duplicate business listings
 - Impersonation or fraud
 - Inappropriate images or content
 
Technical Issues:
- Bugs or errors on the website
 - Problems with account access
 - Upload or display issues
 - Payment or subscription problems
 
How to Report
For Review Issues:
Use the "Report" button directly on the review you want to report.
For Other Problems:
Contact us through our Contact Form or email support@trustiry.com with:
- Clear description of the problem
 - Relevant URLs or screenshots
 - Your account email (if applicable)
 - Date and time the issue occurred
 
What Happens Next?
- Acknowledgment: You will receive confirmation that we received your report
 - Investigation: Our team will review your report within 24-48 hours
 - Action: Appropriate action will be taken based on our investigation
 - Notification: You will be updated about the outcome
 
Privacy & Confidentiality
All reports are handled confidentially. We do not share reporter information with the parties being reported.
False Reports
Please note that submitting false or malicious reports may result in account suspension. Only report genuine violations of our policies.
